Mr. Lange is a mechanical engineer with experience in the design and manufacture of archery bows, arrows, and accessories.  During his time spent as a product development engineer, he gained experience designing recurve and compound bow risers, limb pockets, cam systems, arrows and various accessories.  His engineering design experience includes solid model generation, finite element analysis, prototyping and overseeing durability and performance testing.  Mr. Lange specialized in compound bow cam design where he focused on performance enhancements including energy storage maximization, noise reduction, vibration reduction and system efficiency.

Mr. Lange has drawn upon his background and understanding of physics and archery design to provide forensic analysis and litigation support in matters involving archery equipment failures and archery related injuries.   Mr. Lange has also served as an expert witness in intellectual property matters involving the design of archery equipment.  He has provided expert analysis and testimony in numerous inter partes review proceedings relating to archery cam system design. 

Additionally, Mr. Lange performs evaluations and forensic failure analysis of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing/piping, and fire suppression systems.  He has experience in the design and construction of various building mechanical systems.  Mr. Lange has provided expert witness testimony relating to mechanical system failures in deposition and at trial in local, state and federal courts of law.
